Guatemala - Huehuetenango

If we had to pick a favorite (not possible!), then it would be this coffee! This was the first coffee we offered, and continues to be a constant at CCR. It is from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, and is a very versatile coffee that can be tasty as a light, medium, or dark roast. It is a washed process coffee with medium body and medium acidity. It is also a “mission coffee” through our importer, Genuine Origin, and it is produced by various women farmers through the La Morena program. This program works to give female coffee growers access to the global supply chain and to address gender inequality in coffee farming.
